Your privacy is important to us and we are responsible for the personal information you provide us. This policy describes how we process, store and handle your personal data when in contact with the company in some way. It also describes your rights and how you can enforce them.

Job applicants

Nexiko will use your personal information for recruitment purposes. We will process the personal data that you share with us. For example, your CV, your personalletter and other information such as grades and certificates that you provide to us or to a recruitment company. In addition, we can process notes from interviews, conversations with references and results from any tests.

To protect your privacy, we ask you as an applicant to avoid data worthy of protection and sensitive in the documents that you send to us. This applies, for example, to social security numbers and information that can be linked to ethnic origin, family situation, religion, health, crime, political or trade union involvement.

Only authorized employees who work with recruitment at Nexiko will receive your personal information. External partners in, for example, recruitment, security and the provision of systems may handle your personal data in the event of an in-depth candidate assessment or background check for candidates.

In connection with recruitment, Nexiko saves your personal data in order to be able to use the data in the event of an appeal against the appointment of a position in accordance with applicable discrimination legislation. No later than two years after completion of recruitment or after uploading the spontaneous application, we will delete the information if you do not choose to remain active by submitting a new application. Employees

As an employee, we need your information to manage your employment with us. Nexiko will, for example, use your personal information for salary payments, tax payments, health insurance and such. 

Those who will take part of your personal information are those who work with finance and payroll management at Nexiko. The payroll manager will also process your information. 

Nexiko saves your personal information for as long as required to comply with the Accounting Act, which is seven years. The legal basis for treatment is legal obligation and your employment contract. Trainees 

As an intern, we need your information to administer your internship with us. Nexiko will, for example, use your personal information so that your supervisor can contact you prior to your internship, but we will also handle your personal information as part of arranging an internship for you. The legal basis is your internship agreement, and we delete the information three months after completing the internship. Partners and contractors

If you represent a company (supplier or contractor) that initiates a collaboration with Nexiko, we need to process a number of details about you. We will need, for example, names, contact information and other things that facilitate or regulate our cooperation.

The legal basis for processing is the agreement between the parties.

If your company is an individual company, it can be difficult to draw the line between personal information and the information that is linked to the company. 

Nexiko processes your personal data when necessary, to take charge of a legal claim, for example during a warranty period. Nexiko may hire a personal data assistant to process your personal data. This may, for example, apply in contacts with another partner, when it is necessary to get projects to proceed as planned.

In order to protect your privacy, Nexiko urges all bidders to avoid protected and sensitive personal data in the documents sent to us. This applies, for example, to social security numbers and information that can be linked to ethnic origin, family situation, religion, health, crime, political or union involvement.

Audience

In order for you to be able to be an audience during one of our recordings, we need to process some of your personal data. Among other things, we need know your name and phone number. We need to process your information for several reasons. Partly so that we can book a place for you on our recording, but also for security reasons, for example during an evacuation of the room. The legal basis for our treatment is a balance of interests. We will delete your contact information no later than three months after the recording is completed. Participates and casting

When Nexiko produces a TV show, drama or similar, we need participants. When you have expressed an interest in participating in the production, we need to process your personal data to get a picture of you as a participant in order to be able to determine if you are suitable as a participant in the production.

The information we intend to collect, and process is, for example, name, age and address. We will also process the images, audio files and videos of you that you send to us. Further more, we will process information that appears in notes during a possible interview with you.

You decide for yourself if you want to provide us with any information. Also remember not to send us sensitive personal information. The information will be processed by us within the company as well as by our clients, e.g., TV channels, advertising agencies, film companies and the like.

After that, we will securely delete or de-identify your information so that the information cannot be linked to you. When you participate in any of our productions, we need to process personal data about you. Which personal data we need to process depends on the form of your participation. Among other things, we need know your age and name because you sign a participation agreement with us. If you participate as an extra with compensation, we also need information to be able to pay compensation and send control information to the Swedish Tax Agency. The legal basis for the processing is an agreement and a legal obligation.
